What is PortDeBras® …

At it’s basic, it is a Body Mind dance conditioning class. Performed with physiological breaths in a slow motion rhythm, using specific sequences that educate the body’s posture in movement. It is a dynamic way to improve body control and inner proprioceptive knowledge.

Here are some points that can easily sum up the concept:
    • Chill Music and fluid moves in beautiful and elegant choreographies.
    • Dance, Ballet Dance, Postural Training, Strength and Flexibility for all in one.

    • Is an original exercise program inspired by Dance, Ballet Dance, Postural studies, and Stretch and Strength Training.
    • Mixes integrated dynamic balance sequences with dance condition training in order to improve functional body control, neuromuscular coordination and global sense of rhythm.
    • Workouts are carried out with logical sequences that can be re-used and re-loaded with different degrees of intensity and complexity. Adapted to the real students skill level and capacities.
    • All choreographies seem easy and flow from one move to the other, feeling thankfull and energetic, working in perfect harmony.
